DELIVERY TIME

Indicative delivery timescale is as follows: 

✈ in Poland - 1 working day after the day of dispatch,
✈ in Europe (including Cyprus, Russia and Israel) - 6 working days after the day of dispatch,
✈ in other countries - 10 working days after the day of dispatch.

International deliveries outside EU countries may be subject to customs procedure. It may extend the time of delivery. A similar situation may occur during the Xmas peak period.

Please note, that the time scale above is estimated only. 

Our experience shows that international delivery takes more time - ca. working 10 days in Europe and ca. 15 working days  outside Europe. 

According the International Postal Law established in Geneva, mail operators have up to 30 days for delivery of international mail. Making complaint is possible only after that date.

Contact us if you didn't receive the parcel within 30 days after the day of dispatch. Before that date wait patiently for your package.
